There are two all time smoothies that you can never resist. It is a healthy choice when you are craving something sweet instead of resorting to cake!

Strawberry Banana:

-1 cup strawberries

-1 banana

-1/4 cup granola

-1 cup yogurt (greek)

-1 teaspoon chia seeds

Blueberry, Mango and Avocado:

-1 cup blueberries

-1 mango

-1 avocado

-1 tablespoon chia seeds

-1 tablespoon honey

-1 1/2 cup coconut water
