Weekly Meal Prep: Honey Lemon Chicken
This recipe is so delicious yet so simple to make!
Ingredients: 2lbs Chicken
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1. Heat the oven to 375 with a little bit of olive oil in the pan. Shake the chicken in a ziplock bag with the flour.
2. Cook the floured chicken for 45 minutes.
3. Take out the chicken. Pour on the lemon honey mixture and place the chicken back in the over for an additional 15 minutes.
For the sides, cook 4 cups of brown rice and 8 cups mixed vegetables of your choice. After everything is cook, place equally into 5 different containers and you have your lunch for the week!
